The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return my order?
- Enter your number and email adress in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instruction and select the items you wish to return.
- Once the return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
What items can be returned?
- You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- They must be in the original condition
- Free gifts or promotionnal items cannot be returned!
Are there any return shipping costs?
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The initial shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returns are sent to our warehouses in France
How soon will I receive my refund?
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days.
